Spaxton CLT is moving forward with plans to provide a number of affordable homes for the local community.  Two sites in the village are currently under consideration and discussions are ongoing to decide the most suitable one. Comprehensive site suitability and assessment surveys will then be required for the chosen site.  Spaxton CLT recently approached Sedgemoor District Council for financial assistance to undertake these surveys and is delighted to report that this bid for a grant from their Community Housing Fund has been successful.
