Community Led Homes
We are now part of the Community Led Homes Start Up Support Programme which aims to help groups of local people to develop their own community led housing solutions. Funded by the Community Housing Fund from the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG), more information can be found at www.communityledhomes.org.uk/get-funding.

SDC Provide Grant Funding for Site Feasibility Study
Sedgemoor District Council will provide Spaxton CLT with a grant to help fund the feasibility studies and assist with the costs associated with the submission of a Town and Country Planning Act application. Mrs Esther Carter, Housing Development Officer at SDC said “The Council is pleased to allocate funds from its Community Housing Fund to help Support this initiative to develop much-needed affordable housing In Spaxton.
